It is our honor and pleasure to bring forth the art and science of feng shui to our neighbors here at the Jersey Shore. Feng Shui has a long and dynamic history that spans human civilization. The basic premise is to live in harmony with heaven and earth. When mankind is able to truly experience the Heavens and Mother Earth for all they have to offer, then we are able to experience the gift that is always available to us.
In Feng Shui there are three energies bestowed upon us: Heavenly, Human, and Earthly. Heavenly energy is that energy we come into this physical world with. Some of us may be placed at a more advantageous position than others, but it is our karmic destination to be who we are. Humanly energy is how we live our life, the choices we make, and the relationships we pursue. Finally, Earthly energy is the immediate environment we chose to surround ourselves with. Feng shui is all about enhancing this environment so we may imbue ourselves with the highest level of vibrant qi or energy. In doing so we are able to realize our souls mission and experience sheer joy.
It is our mission as Professional Feng Shui practitioners to assist and guide our fellow man to understand the intricacies, and yet subtleties, of this ancient art and science that follows the ebb and flow of nature. By doing so, we are able to help others help themselves.

| What Is The New New Jersey Home Sales Tax?

The New Jersey Home Sales Tax is officially known as the Realty Transfer Fee (RTF). We call it a “tax” because that is what this once insignificant charge has turned into after nearly 40 years of steady increases. Home sellers pay the tax, which is based on a home’s sales price. This state-imposed fee was established in 1968 to offset the costs of tracking real estate transactions. During the years since, the RTF was increased numerous times, impacting home sales negatively throughout the Garden State, as well as the overall economy.
